Nurturing Birth has been training doulas, also known as birth companions, for the past eight years. Our trainers are all working doulas with many years of experience supporting hundreds of families between them.

La Leche League's mission is to help mothers to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information and education, and to promote a better understanding, of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and the mother.

Dreaming of a calm and positive birth? Kent Hypnobirthing is two hypnobirthing teachers who have experienced first hand the difference hypnobirthing makes to birth. We've birthed with and without hypnobirthing and can attest to the huge difference hypnobirthing makes to all births. Whether you're planning a home birth, a caesarean or all that comes in between, our classes will ensure that you feel confident, calm and relaxed in making your own decisions.

What the mind believes, the body achieves. Finding Hypnobirthing Canterbury is the first important step towards having a calm, comfortable and enjoyable birthing experience for you and your baby. A complete ante-natal programme for a calm, comfortable, relaxed birthing wherever you decide to birth your baby.

The Positive Birth Movement is a global network of free to attend antenatal groups, linked up by social media. We connect pregnant women together to share stories, expertise and positivity about childbirth. We aim to challenge the epidemic of negativity and fear that surrounds modern birth, and help change birth for the better. Join us as we meet up, link up and shake up birth!

The NCT is here to support parents. We give them accurate, impartial information so that they can decide what’s best for their family, and we introduce them to a network of local parents to gain practical and emotional support. We are the UK’s largest charity for parents, and campaign as the voice for parents on the issues they care about.
